As part of my studies, we had to work for the SMARTBOX brand. The brief was as follows: 
‘How can we reinvent the Smartbox so that it becomes the emotional and interactive gift for 18-25 year olds?’
To answer this, we decided to reinvent the offer by creating a card, the Twist card. A new way of giving,
between the gift card and the personalised digital companion,
combining inspiration, freedom and emotion !
Why did we do this?
In 2024, 45% of gift cards in France were purchased in digital format, with adoption 2.5 times faster than physical cards.  Gift cards are particularly used during sales and holiday periods, with a significant increase in in-store (+34.74%) and online (+5.18%) purchases during the 2025 winter sales. (January period)​​​​​​​
